Auto Service Advisor

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM.

As our Auto Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our automotive repair shop, ensuring every customer's experience is seamless, exceptional, and above all, memorable. From the moment a customer walks in, you'll be the one to greet them, listen to their needs, and communicate the best solutions for their vehicle. Your role includes estimating costs, managing work orders, and handling billing – all while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and professionalism. With every conversation, you'll be creating trust, building relationships, and delivering satisfaction.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Sales and customer service experience is preferred but not required to become our Auto Service Advisor!
