Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute various types of events including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and maintained within allocated limits.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each event, providing recommendations as needed.
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, audiovisual needs, decorations, and transportation.
• Source and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure optimal services at competitive rates.
