Escrow Officer

SNI has partnered with a valued client on a search for an Escrow Officer in Scottsdale, AZ. The Escrow Officer will work in a salaried plus bonus position. Bonus will be based on closings and customer service. It's an on-site position.

Key responsibilities and qualifications :

• The Escrow Officer will initially work on-site, but will be eligible for hybrid in the future.
• The Escrow Officer must have strong knowledge of the full cycle escrow process.
• The Escrow Officer will be responsible for the preparation of closing disclosures.
• The Escrow Officer will be responsible for all settlement statements to meet the demands of client requirements and industry guidelines.
• The Escrow Officer should have an Active Notary along with experience in SoftPro.

Compensation and Benefits :

The compensation for this position starts in the range of $33-40 / hr. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include :
