• Owning and executing a social-first strategy that drives upper funnel brand awareness and consideration

• Building and mentoring a high-performing team of social strategists, content creators, and analysts
• Partnering closely with brand, creative, and digital teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints
• Driving innovation in social formats, trends, and audience engagement tactics
• Overseeing real-time content creation, social listening, and community management
• Managing paid social campaigns and optimizing performance through data-driven insights
