Sales Account Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our team, focusing on business development within the landscape construction industry . In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities with general contractors . Your ability to understand construction project needs, build lasting relationships, and present tailored landscaping solutions will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively develop and maintain relationships with general contractors and construction professionals in the region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, creating and managing a strong sales pipeline.
• Present and propose landscape construction services that align with project timelines, budgets, and contractor requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including estimators, project managers, and operations staff, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account progress using CRM tools.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase visibility and build strategic connections.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the landscaping, construction, or related industries.
• Solid understanding of landscape construction services, including site prep, hardscape, irrigation, and planting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for site visits and meetings.

Compensation :

• Annual Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
• DOE
• Bonus Eligibility : Yes
• Commission Eligibility : Yes
