Key Responsibilities
Monitor HR inboxes, respond to inquiries, and escalate issues as needed
Support staffing processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding
Manage background screening adjudications and communicate results to relevant parties
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
1-3 years of administrative experience
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Capability to meet established service level expectations
