Description

We are looking for a customer success specialist to join our team in Centennial, Colorado, to support our growing operations. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail who can manage tasks efficiently while maintaining strong organizational skills. Responsibilities :

• Serve as the main contact for assigned customers, responding to inquiries and providing timely resolutions.
• Guide clients through onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing engagement to maximize value.
• Identify customer challenges or blockers and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver effective solutions.
• Monitor customer feedback and usage data to recommend improvements and prevent issues.
• Educate customers on product features, updates, and best practices.
• Advocate for customer needs internally, influencing product roadmap and service enhancements.
• Support retention and expansion initiatives by driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and account activity.
