Key Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive internal communications programs to support business areas
Establish key personas and evolve communication strategies to enhance employee engagement
Develop partnerships with leaders and support senior leadership in internal meetings and communications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum of 10 years of related internal or external communications experience
Experience in integrating communications programs across platforms and audiences
Proven success in relationship building and collaboration across organizations
Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
