Austin Geriatric Specialists (AGS) is the leading provider of excellent and evidence based geriatric care in the Austin area. AGS is seeking full time Advanced Practice Nurses (NP or CNS) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in the south Austin area.
Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm (40 hours a week + on call schedule)
Salary : Starting at $110,000+ dependent on experience. We offer a competitive BASE salary (no RVU lookback) + have a productivity bonus.
Qualifications :
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and skilled nursing staff
- Experience in the clinical management of acute and chronically ill complex geriatric patients preferred but not required
- Positive and inquisitive attitude
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Computer skills / EHR experience preferred
- Knowledge of coding and billing preferred
License / Training : Texas advanced practice license with prescriptive authority. DEA not required.
