We're hiring an Accounting Manager to partner with a regional leader in the agriculture and turf equipment industry. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to modernize finance operations while supporting leadership with accurate reporting and insights.

In this role, you'll oversee daily accounting operations, streamline financial processes, and drive timely reporting. You'll also support budgeting and forecasting initiatives, providing leadership with the data needed to make informed business decisions. Accountability

As Accounting Manager, your success will be measured by your ability to deliver accurate, timely financial reporting while improving processes and systems. You'll bring discipline to day-to-day accounting tasks, enhance forecasting accuracy, and provide leadership with actionable financial insights to support strategic growth. Here's how you'll make an impact :

Core Accounting Operations

• Lead daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Manage a transaction volume of 100250 per week across multiple dealership entities.
• Oversee the month-end close process and prepare accurate financial reports and dashboards.
• Support invoicing and payroll functions as needed.

You'll collaborate directly with senior leadership to strengthen financial accuracy and reporting, while also playing a critical role in modernizing accounting systems and processes.

Skills & Qualifications

Role Specifications

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client's time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
