We're looking for a Preconstruction Estimator who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about turning conceptual designs into practical solutions.

What You'll Do

As a Preconstruction Estimator at Enclos, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to model, analyze, and estimate project scopes for complex building envelopes. Your work will directly impact our ability to win and execute innovative, technically demanding projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop detailed 3D project models using tools like Revit, Navisworks, Rhino / Grasshopper to support accurate estimating.
• Collaborate across departments (Design, Engineering, Project Management, Sales, Manufacturing, and Field teams) to gather insights and inform bid strategy.
• Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and models to define project requirements and scope.
• Conduct quantity surveys and geometry rationalization studies, providing value engineering options where needed.
• Prepare material and labor recaps, ensuring documentation follows Enclos standards.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain and verify pricing, track RFQs, and ensure all bid components are complete and competitive.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies in estimating and modeling.

Compensation

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.

Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $60,000 - $80,000
