Responsibilities

• Managing the administrative processes associated with admission, registration, enrollment, and recruitment of students to their programs.
• Develops and maintains Slate queries for recruitment and application tracking.
• Responsible for course building, registration, scheduling, and textbook assignments each semester.
• Responsible for student record keeping and data entry and analysis; academic planning and implementation of department programs and policies.
• Oversees STELLIC for degree planning, student advising, and graduation clearance.
• Updates and maintains students information in Graduate Student Tracking systems and departmental databases.
• Develops reports and analytics to inform recruitment, retention, and curricular planning. Prepares data summaries to support accreditation and strategic planning initiatives.
• Oversees the workflow for departmental social media platforms. Coordinates with department staff, faculty and committees in the planning, advertising, and assistance in department and public events.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. (Note : a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.)
