Global Guardian is an investor-backed, high-growth company that offers employees growth opportunities within the organization.  Position Summary and Objective The Executive Protection Agent / Security Driver will be responsible for protection, driving, and security for executives.

We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Executive Protection Agent with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with C-suite level executives.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced driving skills, executive protection training, and a valid Indiana firearm permit appropriate for professional armed security duties.

This full-time role involves operating a luxury vehicle while ensuring the safety, security, and confidentiality of the principal during travel to and from business and personal engagements.

The estimated start date for this role is early January 2026.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities Safely transport C-suite executive(s) to scheduled destinations throughout Evansville, IN and surrounding areas  Conduct route planning, traffic monitoring, and contingency planning to ensure timely arrivals  Maintain a professional and discreet demeanor at all times  Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each trip  Remain in close proximity to the vehicle and principal when on standby  Coordinate with security teams and administrative staff as needed  Maintain situational awareness and respond effectively to any threats or emergencies  Maintain a clean, mechanically sound, and fully fueled vehicle  Ensure strict confidentiality at all times  Must be able to manage time appropriately  Provide the appropriate level of proximity to the CEO for personal protection Manage security at client events All other duties as assigned  Competencies and Attributes Excellent time-management skills  Exceptional vigilance and attention to detail  Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities  Ability to work independently and make decisive, well-informed decisions  Proven capability in handling high-stress situations and de-escalating conflicts   Emotional intelligence and awareness to handle high stress situations with candor  Qualifications and Education Required Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive protection driver or in a similar role serving high-profile clientele  Prior law enforcement, military, or high-level private security background Possess a high school diploma or GED  Valid Indiana driver's license with a clean driving record  Must be at least 21 years of age and not prohibited from carrying a firearm Pass a fingerprinting / background check Must have a clean criminal record Indiana CCW permit for concealed carry in other states with reciprocity Must have completed all required Indiana state certified training for an armed security guard (must provide certificates) with additional training as necessary Eligible to receive Indiana Armed Security Guard licensing under employer Certification in Executive Protection or close protection (preferred : EP schools such as ESI, EPI, or similar)  Excellent knowledge of Evansville, IN and surrounding area roadways  Experience in emergency response  Strong judgment, discretion, and interpersonal communication skills  Professional appearance and demeanor Preferred Qualifications : Tactical / emergency driving course certification (EVOC, SDC, etc.)     CPR / AED and First Aid certificate  Familiarity with secure communications and advanced work Position Type and Schedule Regular Full-Time (RFT) 8 : 00am - 6 : 00pm schedule In-person position located in Indiana 24 / 7 availability to the client while on a task May require domestic and international travel Salary Range : $75,000 to $95,000 annually Work Environment and Physical Demands R easonable accommodation requires the physical and mental capacity to perform all essential functions effectively.
