Manufacturing Engineer (On-site)

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our client. This specialized role focuses on creating and improving manufacturing work instructions and procedures, ensuring alignment with LEAN assembly principles and overall process efficiency.

• Develop, convert, and maintain manufacturing work instructions and procedures from the current instruction system.
• Plan sequences of operations and specify procedures for assembly, disassembly, soldering, component removal / installation, coating, and material preparation.
• Apply judgment in balancing conflicting requirements, economic evaluation of methods, and operator comfort and effectiveness.
• Design sequences of operations and procedures for the fabrication of tools, equipment, and other functions impacting product performance.
