A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, email, and case management system
Resolve customer issues and assist with returns / exchanges while maintaining accurate records
Collaborate with store teams and other departments to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Availability to work shifts between Monday-Friday, including holidays
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
Must reside within the Eastern Time Zone
