Represent the Legacy brand professionally and positively to all candidates. Contribute to special projects and other recruiting-related tasks as needed. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Must have sales experience. Ability to build strong relationships and engage candidates. Strong organizational and time management skills with a sharp attention to detail. Self-motivated able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Confidence using recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Indeed etc.) and open to learning new tools. Strong judgment and the ability to assess candidate fit across a wide range of roles.
