This position is remote. The work consists of 70% in the field and 30% virtual. Make a real difference when it matters most. As a Catastrophe Field Auto Adjuster, you'll be the trusted face of our company, traveling nationwide to support customers affected by catastrophic events like floods, hurricanes, and wildfires. Whether it's a car, motorcycle, ATV, RV, or even a boat, you'll investigate damage, review policies, and help customers move forward by settling moderately complex claims with care and confidence. This is more than a desk jobit's a dynamic blend of in-the-field action and virtual collaboration, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a real impact on the ground. This role follows a 10-day on and 4-day off schedule, with 12-hour workdays throughout the year.

Notice of Licensing Requirements
As a condition of employment, your office / area may require you to obtain an adjuster and / or an appraiser license which includes passing an additional background check with the Department of Labor. If applicable, you will be required to secure license(s) within 60 days of hire.
If required, the Hiring Manager will work with you along with the Centralized Licensing team to ensure that you are properly licensed.
Sign on Bonus
You may be eligible for a $1000 Licensing Sign on Bonus if you have the applicable active licenses needed for this role. This could include Home Resident Property & Casualty License, Designated Home State (DHS) Florida or Texas License, and / or applicable Appraiser License.

Compensation
Base compensation offered for this role is $55,000-90,000 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position.
