As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at an automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for clients and visitors. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the auto dealership and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Document and report security-related incidents or suspicious activity according to established procedures. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to assist customers and staff, and to help to deter unwanted behavior. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff. Follow all site-specific protocols and instructions as provided by Allied Universal and site management. Minimum Requirements : Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
