Our client is located in downtown New York City near Wall Street! They are a foreign institution that was established over 75 years ago. Our client had shifted into a development bank and now serves as a foreign exchange bank for their countries currency.

Job Description

Work and directly report into the CCO of the organization

Perform compliance testing by using the bank's format

Compose and present all findings in writing

Present any compliance material directly to the Compliance Committee when a meeting is conducted

Work directly with other departments within the bank (IT, Operations, Credit, FI etc)

Update and maintain the compliance testing program, along with the compliance risk assessments

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree or higher

Experience with a bank under a regulatory order

2+ years within financial services, with exposure to compliance testing and / or internal audit responsibilities

Advanced skills related to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

ACAMs certified a plus

Exposure to using ACTIMIZE is a plus

Foreign banking exposure is a plus

Advanced writing skills (for creating reports)
