Location : Des Moines, IA

Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

PRIMARY PURPOSE : The primary responsibility for this position is to complete data entry into our inventory system for online sales. This position will also assist with other online inventory tasks in support of the team, as well as frequent interactions with customers over the phone.

EXPECTATIONS :

Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Complete data entry.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Assist first time buyers with online registration and be a resource to provide answers for other frequently asked questions.
• Assist the Assistant Inventory Manager with photo processing for online sales, including proofing of photos, numbering, resizing, and completing touch ups.
• Expected to learn and perform File Maker and Pipeline-based Inventory Systems.
• Assist with after sales reporting.
• Focus on repetition, details, and proof reading.
• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Maintain a professional image at all times.
• Expected to follow the Company's safety rules and safety policies.
