Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated, driven, and organized Event Producer to manage all aspects of event productionfrom ideation through execution. This person will be the backbone of event operations, ensuring every detail is accounted for, every stakeholder is informed, and every event is executed at the highest standard.Key ResponsibilitiesLead event production process from initial concept to postevent wrapup.Work with clients to develop event objectives, creative direction, themes, and deliverables.Develop detailed timelines, runofshow documents, floor plans, technical specs, and other production schedules.Coordinate vendors, venues, staffing, logistics, rentals, dcor, and other eventrelated resources.Conduct site visits and venue walkthroughsServe as primary point of contact for clients, internal teams (sales, marketing, operations), and external partners.Oversee onsite event management : setup, production, showcalling / cueing, problem solving, breakdown.Ensure high standards of client service, quality control, safety, and compliance throughout the event.Postevent evaluation : debriefs, reporting, vendor & client feedback, budget reconciliation, lessons learned.Post shifts for event staffRequired QualificationsExperience : 35+ years in event production, live shows, corporate events, or related field.Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and multitasking.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Budgeting & financial acumen; ability to make costeffective decisions.Highly organized and detailoriented; ability to anticipate issues and solve problems quickly and calmly.Ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, travel as needed).Tools proficiency : experience with event management tools, production scheduling software, runofshow tools, etc.Preferred QualificationsBachelors degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Experience with hybrid or virtual event platforms.Portfolio of past events / show reels.Experience leading teams; supervising staff or freelance crews.Creative flair; strong taste in design, presentation, guest experience.Knowledge of local venues, vendor networks, and logistical constraints in the region.Why Youll Love Working HereMeaningful opportunities to shape amazing experiences.Collaborative team environment with room for creativity.Competitive compensation + bonus / performance incentives.Professional growth : opportunities to lead bigger productions.Perks : health benefits, PTO
