Elder Law & Estate Planning Associate Attorney

At Hurley Elder Care Law , Atlanta’s premier elder law firm, we are looking for an Associate Attorney who is eager to learn, grow, and make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families. You will work alongside a compassionate team of attorneys, social workers, public benefits specialists, and healthcare professionals to help clients navigate complex legal, financial, and care decisions.

Compensation : Commensurate with Experience — Starting at $100,000 + Bonus.

Compensation :

$100,00+ yearly plus Bonus

Responsibilities :

As an Associate Attorney, You Will :

  • Provide high-quality legal services and creative solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with elderly clients and their families.
  • Manage a diverse caseload with exceptional attention to detail and timeliness.
  • Conduct presentations to professionals and community groups.
  • Collaborate with the Founding Attorney and team to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
  • Travel as needed for client appointments, court hearings, and educational events.

Qualifications :

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Georgia Bar license .
  • 1–3 years of professional experience post-college (experience in estate planning or elder law preferred but not required).
  • Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and professionalism in working with older adults and their families.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and document drafting.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn the intricacies of elder law and public benefits.
