The Role

We're looking for an experienced, customer-obsessed Product Marketing Manager to elevate our positioning, market insights, and product experience to capture the hearts and minds of creative learners and teachers around the world. This is a highly cross-functional role. You'll sit at the intersection of product, design, marketing, and community, translating insights into product recommendations and go-to-market strategies that boost adoption, engagement, and retention.

What You'll Do

• Lead go-to-market strategy : Craft compelling positioning, messaging, and offerings that will captivate learners and teachers and boost retention.
• Act as a voice of the customer : Translate user research and market insights into compelling narratives that guide product development and marketing campaigns.
• Develop compelling storytelling : Bring the Skillshare experience to life through clear, differentiated messaging across channels.
• Drive adoption and engagement : Partner with product and growth teams to design campaigns that encourage members to discover, try, and return to Skillshare, again and again.
• Perform competitive analysis : Create and share insightful analyses on key competitors. Pull out actionable insights that can be used to boost our own product and marketing efforts and better serve learners and teachers.
• Enable internal teams : Build playbooks, briefs, and sales / marketing collateral that help teams communicate our value proposition in a compelling manner.
• Measure and optimize : Track the performance of launches and campaigns, analyze what's working (and what's not), and continuously refine based on your learnings.
