Job Summary

The Financial Analyst supports financial and managerial analysis for Wego's internal and external stakeholders. He / she generates and analyzes reports that assess company and / or business-unit performance, drives ad-hoc business reports and analyses, and special project assignments. This individual is a self-starter with problem solving skills, a keen attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and solid skills in communication and thought leadership. The successful candidate must be able to think strategically, perform dive deep analytics, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis across diverse businesses for consolidations & financial reporting.
• Ensure monthly and quarterly analyses are accurate, complete, and timely.
• Assists with the preparation of the operating budget and forecast periods.
• Participate in monthly commission calculation for salesforce of 30+ representatives.
• Provide financial models and forecasting.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior management team.
