Responsibilities :

• Teach new drivers, both teens and adults, the foundations of being a safe and competent driver.
• Our driving instructors are equipped with a dual controlled car with a student who sits in the driver's seat.
• Clearly communicate with the new driver and their parents about where they excel and where there is more work needed.
• Travel to locations and landmarks all over the state of Massachusetts in order to provide a diverse driver education program
• Meticulously fill out paperwork to adhere to MA RMV reporting requirements for new driver education.
• Help students to develop not only their driving skills, but their self-confidence and understanding of freedom and responsibility. Our instructors have a real impact on the lives of their students well beyond a driver’s license!
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to deliver the most outstanding educational program you possibly can
