Commercial Invoice Administrator

Job Description :

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is currently in search of a Commercial Invoice Administrator for their Rochester , NY team. In this role, you will support commercial technicians and clients through various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for invoicing service tickets efficiently to maximize revenue across all applicable departments
• Accountable for reviewing work orders and jobs for accuracy, resolving errors to close outstanding items in a timely manner
• Assist with booking service calls and scheduling service orders from emails and portal clients
• Maintain various client portals to assist in managing the services, interactions, maintenance, and facilities requests from clients
• Answer questions regarding commercial clients to assist the contact center
• Provide customer support when needed
• Provide administrative support to field technicians and sales staff
• Assist with commission reporting
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

What can we offer you?

The starting base range for this position is $22 to $27 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and / or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
