Payroll Administrator

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will manage multi-state payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while handling high-volume payroll tasks.

Responsibilities :

• Process multi-state payrolls across various pay cycles with precision and efficiency.
• Handle high-volume payroll transactions, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and promptly resolve any identified issues.
• Manage the calculation and processing of bonuses, commissions, and other special payments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records in ADP Workforce Now.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
• Generate and review payroll reports to identify trends and ensure data accuracy.
• Stay updated on payroll laws and best practices to ensure organizational compliance.

Hybrid position - 4 days in office and 1 from home

Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration.
