Job Description

As a Senior User Experience Researcher, you will join the Office of the CIO, UX Center of Excellence (UX CoE) organization, focusing on employee facing products and tools. The UX CoE organization is tasked with enabling client's global workforce to collaborate, innovate and be productive from anywhere.

The Senior UX Researcher (UXR) consults with stakeholders to understand business problems and scopes, evaluate information from multiple sources, and create informed recommendations for research methodology to impact solutions. The UXR creates the right study design for the business need, partners with multidisciplinary Client teams, and leverages Infuse, our design thinking framework, to ensure digital workplace solutions keep user needs at the forefront. The ideal candidate would be able to clearly understand and influence the business goals, workplace tools and collaborate with both design and technical partners to ensure employee needs stay at the forefront of solutions, empowering a global force of Client employees to do their best work.

What you'll do :

• Uncover user experience goals, needs, and priorities, and deliver actionable research that impacts solutions, coordinate multiple projects to completion, and drive adoption of user experience practices in the organization.
• Run research studies from start to finish, including; developing a realistic research plan and materials, coordinating study launches, and analyzing & synthesizing data into actionable insights. (Studies might range from qualitative moderated in-depth inquiries or semi-structured interviews, to usability testing and analysis, to quantitative baseline and benchmarking studies, or large scale survey design depending on business goals)
• Assess a project's scope, determine appropriate research and study questions, and identify appropriate methods, clearly communicating reasoning to the approach.
• Advocate for employees by articulating research findings and product ideas through clear and insightful presentations and work directly with design and technical teams to realize the recommendations.
• Proactively engage with multiple project stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and designers to define research methodology.
• Work with cross-functional partners to drive consensus across teams and advocate solutions that balance the needs of our users with our business goals, advocating for employees across Client.
