Real Estate Associate Broker

We are seeking a motivated  Associate Broker  to join our dynamic, growing team! This role is a rewarding way to get immediate field experience and mentorship within an upbeat, tight-knit culture.

This role offers the opportunity to work leads without any upfront marketing or desk fees.

Please note that this is a stepping stone to becoming a  Junior Broker . The ideal candidate will possess great interpersonal and communication skills, a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, and a willingness to learn and grow alongside the firm. They will be well-organized, driven for success, have strong integrity, and hold high expectations for themselves and others.

Compensation : $45,000 + commission

Responsibilities :

• Support higher-level brokers by being on site for appointments (i.e. showings, media, inspections).
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including agents, appraisers, inspectors, and lenders.
• Work closely with others at Vesta as needed to support the goals of the firm.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Manage and update your CRM (FollowUpBoss) to maintain accurate client records, handle client communications, and follow up with leads.
• Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by asking questions, attending regular trainings / 1-on-1s, and attending educational events.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable fair housing regulations and real estate laws.
