Position Overview Proposal & Marketing Specialist – Marketing

Job Responsibilities Primary internal proposal leader for strategic pursuits

Liaise with marketing and professional services to manage and track proposal opportunities

Coordinate and produce proposals, interview presentations, and general correspondence

Maintain marketing information (project information, team member resume information) in Deltek Vantagepoint database

Work with minimum supervision and perform self QA / QC of work

Adhere to safety standards to uphold a safe and efficient environment

Maintain a professional attitude and fulfill responsibilities with integrity

Qualifications 2+ years of proposal / marketing experience

Knowledge of A / E / C industry and proposal preparation process

Experience strategizing, organizing, and developing all aspects of proposal responses

Excellent technical writing and editing skills

Superior organization skills with attention to detail

Experience with Deltek Vision / Vantagepoint preferred

Motivation to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines

Desire to collaborate with professionals and clients to increase industry knowledge and grow within career

Commitment to perform responsibilities consistent with industry standards to achieve department and company goals

Work Location Flexibility Hybrid schedule eligible after training period, based on department needs.
