Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Account Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with new and existing clients, conducting policy reviews, and ensuring continued satisfaction and coverage alignment.

This is a 100% commission-based position , ideal for someone who is relationship-driven, organized, and looking to control their own income while making a meaningful impact in people’s lives.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

Conduct policy reviews and assist clients with coverage updates

Educate clients on life insurance products and available options

Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities as appropriate

Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system

Resolve inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience

Follow up regularly to build trust and long-term relationships

Requirements

Minimum of 1–2 years in account management, sales, or customer service

Background in insurance or financial services is a plus

Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting

CRM or digital workflow experience preferred

Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
