Overview This position is remote. You will need a primary residence in CA to be considered for this role. Purpose Statement / Position Summary : Under the supervision of Program Director, provides specific services to patients and their families. Coordinates case management services. Demonstrates commitment to the principles of family-centered care. Minimum Qualifications / Work Experience : 1+ year of social work / case management experience in a pediatric medical setting or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience. Bilingual skills may be required depending on the assignment and patient population. Education / Licensure / Certification : Bachelor’s degree in social work or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience. BLS certification required prior to start date. Pay Scale Information $49,504.00-$85,394.00 CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
