Liability Claims Adjuster

A company is looking for a Liability Determination Adjuster - Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide empathetic customer service and support throughout the claims process

Lead liability investigations by reviewing damage details and interpreting policy coverage

Communicate effectively with customers using their preferred methods to explain processes and updates

Required Qualifications :

Hands-on training in claims processing and investigation

Ability to evaluate claims and negotiate settlements

Strong critical thinking skills to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment

Experience in customer service or related fields

Familiarity with insurance policies and coverage interpretation
