Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
5+ years of HR Generalist experience with strong employee relations
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Reliable knowledge of State and Federal employment law
Experience in real estate, financial, or professional services is a plus
