A company is looking for a Data Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing operations and manage data from various sources.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Sourcing Operations team in sourcing and analyzing data from diverse internal and external sources

Oversee relationships with third-party contractors to ensure quality and compliance in data sourcing

Direct the scouting division to identify new data opportunities and enhance sourcing strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business, or a related discipline)

Proven experience in data sourcing, analysis, and management, with a focus on third-party data

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team

Knowledge of data compliance regulations and best practices

Experience working with government regulations and compliance (preferred)
