Architectural Designer

We are seeking a well-rounded, concept-driven emerging professional with 3–6 years of post-graduate experience to join our interdisciplinary team at Mithun. As an Architectural Designer, you will be a key contributor to project teams—developing and iterating design concepts while leveraging emerging digital tools and computational strategies to enhance the creative process. We value curiosity, innovation, and a drive to advance design through collaboration, creativity, and regenerative thinking. We currently collaborate in the office Monday through Thursday. Friday is generally an optional in-office or work from home day.?

Role & Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality design drawings, graphic design work, renderings and visualizations to support design projects and marketing pursuits.
• Support architectural documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and details, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings, both internal and external, providing insights and ideas to contribute to project development.
• Work collaboratively with designers, architects, interior designers, landscape architects, and urban designers to support multiple projects in a variety of design phases.
• Collaborate with the team to research, develop, and advance emerging digital design tools and computational strategies that optimize design solutions for client needs.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Flexible Spending Accounts or Health Savings Accounts are available based on eligibility requirements. The expected range of compensation for this role is $74,000 – $90,000 per year. Actual salaries are based on experience, qualifications, internal equity and location.?
