Job Description :

The Accounting Clerk will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting activities, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures. This position is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for working in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records

Prepare and process invoices, credit memos, and customer statements

Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures

Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for financial documents

Support the finance team with data entry, bookkeeping, and reporting tasks

Respond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding billing and payments

Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and internal controls

Qualifications :

Bachelor degree in accounting or finance preferred

Proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., Netsuite) is a plus

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
