Glass Team Lead 3rd Shift

JOB DETAILS

3rd Shift : Sunday-Thursday 7 : 30PM To 4 : 00AM (Overtime until 6 : 00AM)

Pay Range starts at $22-$25$1 per hour shift differential

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train others using the tell show do review methodology
• Complete daily paperwork calculate and post metrics on line-specific boards
• Present stand up meetings on the line demonstrating an understanding of metrics goals and how each employee contributes to the bottom line
• Read and explain policies and procedures related to each position on the line
• Demonstrate a track record of safe work performance
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Monitor and address quality related issues
• Conduct daily audits
• Ensure standard work is updated and followed per work station
• Work with maintenance to address equipment issues
• Be engaged in the PDCA process
• Foster and embrace STOP CALL WAIT methodology
• Attend / Update Tier 3 meeting in absence of Supervisor
• Communicate respectfully and build a motivated energized team environment
• Embrace a diverse culture
