Position Overview : Fort Larned USD 495 is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Social Worker / Family Support Worker / At-Risk Behaviorist at Fort Larned Elementary. This position will actively work with school teams and community agencies within Fort Larned Elementary to assist students in grades PK-5 with social-emotional support trauma abuse or significant behavioral needs. The role involves leading intervention strategies and working with SIT teams within the building to provide support.

Responsibilities :
