Job Summary :
The Manager, Industry Specialty Services is responsible for maintaining client relationships, providing support in the areas of ERP consulting, ancillary systems & integrations, and overseeing assigned staff.
Job Duties :
- Architects & leads ERP implementations for Unanet
- Manages various technology integrations through project management, and when required, with specific system(s) knowledge
- Uses the BDO framework to assume responsibility for projects' phases and work directly with clients to accomplish objectives
- Performs project management of implementation engagement(s), independently and collaboratively, for core system offerings and others
- Interprets corporate & entity-level (Federal, non-profit, etc.) compliance as it relates to ERP & technology
- Reviews and develops policies and procedures related to accounting, contracts, and pricing for the client initiatives to secure new business, including but not limited to participating in Business Development meetings, developing relationships with clients and networking activities
- Other duties as required
Supervisory Responsibilities :
Serves as a member of the consulting group's management teamSupervises, develops, and trains Associates and Senior AssociatesReviews and evaluates work prepared by Associates and Senior AssociatesTrains Associates and Senior Associates on how to use current software tools and Industry Specialty Services methodologySchedules and supervises workload of Associates and Senior AssociatesProvides verbal and written performance feedback to Associates and Senior AssociatesActs as a Career Advisor to Associates and Senior Associates, as assignedQualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, requiredExperience :
Five (5) or more years of combined, and relevant, experience in accounting & system-focused knowledge; requiredFamiliarly with ERP & technology implementation best practices; preferredExperience in Unanet; preferredPrior experience with Government contracting, nonprofit, and other highly regulated industries; preferredLicense / Certifications :
CPA, CMA, or PMP preferredERP or technology certifications; preferredSoftware :
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; requiredUnanet, Deltek, Microsoft D365, and other ERP systems; preferredDatabase management or analytical tools experience (SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI); preferredOther Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically business / report writingStrong analytical and basic research skillsSolid organizational skills, especially the ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on detailsAbility to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environmentProven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated command of FAR, CAS, and GSA schedulesAbility to follow and apply specific rules and regulationsAbility to work with minimal supervisionIndividual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range : $125,000 - $165,000
NYC / Long Island / Westchester Range : $125,000 - $165,000
Maryland Range : $125,000 - $165,000
