Executive Assistant - Support Executive Leadership & Drive Operational Excellence
Location : Bellevue / Hybrid
Salary Range : $68,640 - $79,040 DOE
Our client, a nationally recognized and mission-driven healthcare nonprofit based on the Eastside, is seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support members of the Executive Senior Leadership Team. As an Executive Assistant , you'll serve as a key operational partner to senior leaders, ensuring seamless coordination of calendars, meetings, board activities, and special projects. You'll be trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion, support high-level decision-making, and enhance organizational effectiveness through exceptional administrative support.
Overview of the Executive Assistant Role :
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence for ESLT members with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Coordinate executive and board meetings-including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-ups-and support key internal events and leadership forums.
- Prepare, proof, and format communications, reports, presentations, and executive documentation with exceptional attention to detail.
- Support special projects, track milestones, and anticipate logistical needs across multiple departments.
- Maintain governance documentation and manage master administrative files and vendor records with strong organizational oversight.
- Serve as a collaborative partner to cross-functional teams and a resource for improving administrative workflows.
Preferred Qualifications for the Executive Assistant :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.7-10 years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate or nonprofit environment.Prior experience working with leadership teams, governance structures, or in healthcare is a plus.Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).Highly organized and capable of managing competing priorities and deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional, concise, and confident.Trusted with sensitive information-discrete, reliable, and emotionally intelligent.Proactive, flexible, and responsive to shifting organizational needs.Timing is everything.
