Guglielmo & Associates PLLC is a multi-state, high volume law firm in need of a variety of both entry level and experienced Legal Assistants . This is a career-oriented position. Ideal candidates will have prior legal experience or a desire to gain legal professional experience. Benefits offered for Full-time employment include Health, dental, and vision benefits; Paid vacation time; 401k. Part time positions also available with flexible schedule. Pay range for this position is $16.00 / hr - $18.50 / hr. Opportunity for bonuses. All after introductory period.

Responsibilities :

• Legal data entry with consistent attention to detail;
• Sorting and collating legal documents;
• Prepare multi-jurisdiction legal documents, pleadings and correspondence to be reviewed by state licensed attorney;
• Handling calls to and from courts and law firm
• Preparing high volumes of legal paperwork
• Ensure legal requirements and deadlines are met

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
