Accounting Clerk

Description

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for providing support to the finance department by performing a variety of accounting and administrative tasks. This role ensures accurate financial record-keeping, timely processing of transactions, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

The Accounting Clerk will be over :

• Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting systems.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Prepare routine financial reports for management review.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial data.
