Overview :

As  Project Manager , you'll handle the post-sales functions of an electrical-construction project to ensure that the goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and cost parameters! You will be responsible for working independently to manage implementation of jobs contracted to Pentegra Systems (a Mechdyne company) , including attending on-site project coordination meetings, coordinating the generation of the project documentation and drawings, creating, and managing the project schedule, handling the project's material logistics, and managing the on-site Union installation team. Additionally, you will assist the sales engineers with the design and proposal generation of Pentegra Systems provided systems on an as-needed basis.

What You'll Do :

• Lead high-energy project kickoff meetings to align scope, schedule, and resources for success.
• Drive collaboration across engineering, sales, and operations to bring innovative designs to life.
• Champion compliance and quality standards, ensuring every detail meets GC / EC specifications.
• Represent the project at key stakeholder meetings, tackling challenges head-on to keep momentum strong.
• Own critical documentation processes, from RFIs and submittals to as-built drawings and close-out packages.
• Inspire and guide on-site teams, managing skilled union labor to deliver on time and within budget.
• Streamline material procurement and logistics, keeping fabrication and delivery on track for flawless execution.
• Lead change management and project close-out, ensuring smooth commissioning, client training, and ultimate success.

Salary Range : 70k - 100k per year depending on experience and qualifications.
