External Reporting Lead

A company is looking for an External Reporting Lead to enhance financial analysis and reporting processes. Key Responsibilities Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with US GAAP Support the development of investor reporting materials and conduct disclosure benchmarking Collaborate with external auditors and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or extensive relevant work experience 4-7 years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm or in a financial reporting role at a public company CPA license preferred but not required Familiarity with financial reporting tools such as OneStream and NetSuite Experience with preparation of 10-Ks and 10-Qs and consolidation of intercompany transactions
