This position requires presence in our San Francisco office location 4 days per week; Lambda's designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.

Reporting to our Head of Talent, we're looking for a seasoned Executive Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has a proven track record of attracting world-class executive talent to technology companies. You will be instrumental in building our leadership team as we scale from startup to market leader.

We're looking for someone who shares our passion for innovation and wants to play a pivotal role in assembling the leadership team that will drive our next phase of growth. This is a great opportunity to help shape the leadership team of a category-defining technology company.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end executive search processes for C-suite, VP, and senior director-level positions across all functions
• Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies for critical leadership roles including Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
• Partner closely with founders, board members, and existing executives to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Leverage extensive candidate networks within the cloud computing and AI industries
• Proactively build relationships with top-tier executive talent through industry events, conferences, and strategic networking
• Manage sophisticated interview processes involving multiple stakeholders and assessment methodologies
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience that reflects our company values and competitive positioning
• Develop compelling value propositions for executive candidates considering startup opportunities

Salary Range Information

Based on market data and other factors, the annual salary range for this position is $210,000 to $300,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
