A company is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to manage HR records and support onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS Facilitate the onboarding processes for new hires Prepare and distribute various HR reports and maintain HR databases Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred 1-2 years of HR administration or related field experience preferred HRIS administration experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint Ability to maintain timelines in a fast-paced environment
