Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Clinical Intake & Correspondence Specialist I to support Utilization Management (UM), Care Management (CM), and Disease Management (DM) programs. This is a non-clinical role that works closely with licensed professionals to ensure accurate and timely processing of healthcare documentation and requests.

Remote Opportunity Candidates must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah

Flexible Schedule | Full-Time | Weekends & Evenings May Be Required

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for clinical documentation and inquiries.
• Research and validate preauthorization requirements, member benefits, and eligibility.
• Create and manage cases in the Care Management System.
• Coordinate with internal teams, providers, and vendors to ensure complete and compliant responses.
• Maintain high standards for accuracy, timeliness, and customer service.
• Support weekend and evening operations as needed.
