The planner coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the timeliness and compliance of the product as well as ensuring the transition of product from destination to destination.
Position : Planning Coordinator
Shift : 1st Shift - Monday - Friday
Pay : $26.50
Additional Information :
- Monitor and track progress to ensure delivery are met in accordance with terms and project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and delivery schedules.
- Liaise daily with external teams to clarify requirements and ensure on time delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Participate in daily alignment meetings
- Develop working knowledge of the multiple systems, processes and tools related to OMS (proprietary system), TMS (Mercury Gate), WMS (Infor), Power BI (Microsoft), Qlik (QlikSense), KegID (proprietary).
- Communicate well and maintain strong positive relationships with internal and external teams. Ability to prioritize high demand work in a fast-paced environment.

Role Purpose :
Provides to the customer product, service and transit information while processing orders and resolving any product and service issues. Acts as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution; under close supervision, may tender to carriers as part of resolution process.
Key Accountabilities :
Records and maintains account information.Maintains customer records by updating account information.Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Required Education and Experience :
