LVN Outpatient Clinic

Experience and Certification Required :

3 Years of overall LVN experience in a primary care or urgent care setting.

Certification Required : BLS and IV Certified.

Shift : 8 hours between 0645-1800.

Charting : EPIC Required.

Flu Vaccination (no declinations / no exemptions)

IV / Blood Draw Certified (proficient with blood draws).

L&D experience Preferred.
